Partner Center Migration and Changes to Enrollment

By now, you should have received messages from the Microsoft Partner Network that the new Partner Center is open and available for your organization. After it’s complete, the Partner Center will provide you a streamlined experience for managing the benefits and requirements of your competencies, including your Learning Option, from the dashboard

As we continue the transition in December, we plan to send you updates via the Learning Partner Yammer page and the Learning resources site. Some of the upcoming changes for those partners who have migrated include:

  • Enrollments and renewals will no longer require references.
  • Enrollments will no longer require a business application.
  • Course requirements for MCTs have been updated. Check your Partner Center dashboard to understand more about these requirements. Additional benefits and requirements information will be on the competency pages. Find your competency, and click Competency details > Competency requirements. If the competency has a Learning Option, you’ll find it under the Performance Options heading.
  • Renewals no longer occur in the 90 days before your anniversary date. Going forward, you can renew your competency any time in the 30 days following your anniversary date. During this one-month grace period, you will continue to receive your program benefits, including licenses.
